License Fees for Each Teacher Copying the Book
$20.00 - Up to 150 copies can be made every year
For more than 150 copies, use the fee for schools
Example: A teacher wants to hand out copies of 7 pages to his or her classes totaling 130 students. The license fee of $20.00 allows copying the book for as many years as the teacher needs it.

License Fees for Schools Copying the Book
The fee is $0.25 per book per year
Example: A school wants to give the book to incoming students and needs 350 copies per year. The fee for copying the book is $0.25x350 or $87.50. per year.
Or, the school can order 350 hard copies at a cost of $7.95x0.7=$5.56 each (a 30% discount) plus shipping and tax where applicable.

7-Year Site License Fees for Schools
The fee is to buy one book for each teacher on staff at a school. This allows teachers to make copies of 1 or more pages for 7 years.
Example: A school has 55 teachers. Most of them would like to use part of the book as a resource and copy pages to hand out to students.
The fee is 55 x $7.95 =$437.25 plus shipping and tax where applicable.

Notes:
1. Each page of the book must retain the copyright notice at the bottom of the page.
2. Schools must get written permission from Martin Press LLC if they want to sell the book or include parts of the book for sale in other publications.
